When you purchase anything from Cherrico Pottery, LLC, or when you agree to receive anything for free, you agree to hold the company harmless of any loss, damage or injury due to any products you received from us. Our maximum liability to you is the amount you paid for the item(s) purchased. All items offered on this site are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We reserve the right to update these policies at any time.
CAUTION: All Cherrico Pottery LLC pottery vessels are handmade, Ceramic Art made by Joel Cherrico and the Cherrico Pottery Team (unless otherwise specified in the product description) and might have flaws, including but not limited to:

chipped, pitted or cracked clay

crazed, pitted or textured glaze
Joel Cherrico or a Cherrico Pottery Team member personally inspect 100% of Cherrico Pottery visually and by vigorously rubbing our bare hands around the surface of every pot. We work to maintain a high Standard of Quality. We polish sharp textures and remove cracked pottery, but flaws are still common in handmade pottery, and every pot probably has one. CAUTION: Cherrico Pottery will break if dropped or banged against hard surfaces

Broken Cherrico Pottery can not be repaired.

Broken pottery shards are sharp and can be dangerous. Dispose of them in the garbage.

We apologize that we are not able to replace Broken pottery.
Packages that are Lost, Stolen, Returned as Non-Deliverable, or Arrive Damaged:
We are not able to offer refunds or replacement products for Cherrico Pottery packages that are lost, stolen or "returned to sender." When purchasing Cherrico Pottery, you must enter a shipping address that is safe to receive packages from the United States Post Office. You are responsible for entering a proper shipping address that is safe to receive your packages.
If your pottery package arrives broken, then we will ship you replacement pottery at no cost, or refund 100% of your order cost, including shipping costs. However, we require that you email us photo evidence of your broken pottery first, within 30 days of receiving your broken pottery: contact@cherricopottery.com.
Returns and Refunds for purchases through cosmicmugs.com and store.cherricopottery.com
Sales are 100% refundable within 30 days of your purchase date, but only if we receive the exact product that you ordered, first returned to us in mint condition. Refunds must be conducted through PayPal only. No refunds are available on stickers. Some additional products in these stores are non-refundable. Non-refundable products will have text in the product description specifying, "All sales final. No refunds."
We are not able to pay for return shipping costs. After we receive your pottery returned in mint condition, then we will process your refund for the full amount you initially paid for products and initial shipping costs. Again, we are not able to pay for return shipping costs. Please ship pottery to this address:

- FAN MAIL: PLEASE DO NOT SEND US FAN MAIL OR PACKAGES. Due to the extremely high volume of mail received, we are unfortunately unable to receive or respond to fan mail. Thank you for thinking of us and wanting to connect with us. But, instead of sending us fan mail, please go find a local, unpopular artist, and give them a compliment. Or better yet, buy their art. It will mean the world to them.
After receiving the exact product you purchased in perfect condition, we will process your refund within 1-3 business days via PayPal.

We require conducting all refunds through PayPal, so you must create a free PayPal account here in order to receive your refund.

Before making any purchases, please thoroughly read through every word and view every photo in your selected product descriptions. We work diligently to convey truth in every photograph and text description in our online store. We ask that you respect these efforts by thoroughly investigating and understanding all aspects of your pottery order before sending us any money. It is very important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your pottery has any flaws, please let us know and we are happy to replace flawed pottery if the flaw happened from our production, or from damage during the shipping process. The ceramic process is not perfect and flaws sometimes happen. We really appreciate knowing if you discover that your pottery has a flaw and will replace your order at no charge. Please understand that qualities like rough edges, finger marks and strange colors or textures are not flaws- they are intentionally put into each piece of artwork. However, please let us know if you are unhappy for any reason. I make pottery because I want the pieces to be appreciated by the user, with the ability to be used everyday.

You get immediate digital rewards, like exclusive, monthly access to our monthly Live video calendar, the Patreon only coupons, first pick on all new pottery, considered for surprise gifts, and access to all previous Patreon posts.

It’s really difficult for our small team to manage thousands of customers, to guarantee we accurately keep track of your pottery subscription that you activate upon signing up for patreon.com/cherricopottery. We do significant work to maintain your subscription, and then commit to making your pottery at a discounted price. Even if your payment is declined, or your cancel your subscription, then it requires more work by our small team to update our records and remove you from our pottery records and production cue. So, no refunds are eligible.
We ask that you do not commit to subscribing to these Reward Tiers unless you intend to fulfill your subscription for 12 months and get your pottery mailed to you. For that reason, we are not able to offer any refunds for patreon.com/cherricopottery subscriptions.
If you subscribe to these Reward Tiers, then we are not able to offer refunds if your payment is Declined or Canceled. If you upgrade or downgrade between different Reward Tiers, then your previous subscription is also ended and not eligible for refunds. If you miss a payment, then unfortunately your subscription is ended and starts over if/when you decided to resubscribe.

Prices, Value, and MSRP
All prices stated on our websites are Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) and Cherrico Pottery, LLC is the Manufacturer. Any time the word "value" is used on any Cherrico Pottery websites or social media, that word is meant to tell the MSRP of pottery. No exchange value or cash value can be given or exchanged for pottery, unless otherwise stated by our Refund policies.
Flawed Pottery and Micro-cracks
Sometimes ceramics, both handmade and factory made, have flaws. We have discovered that about one in every 1,000 pieces of pottery might leak. Micro-cracks sometimes form in clay. They are invisible and impossible to predict, but they can result in a coffee mug having a leak that allows liquid to pass through one, tiny spot on the mug and slowly leak out onto a table or surface. If you suspect that your pottery is leaking, please email us right away: contact@cherricopottery.com and we will replace your pottery immediately or refund your order 100%. We are not able to cover damages that a leaky mug might cause.
Shipping Policies

Shipping and handling costs are calculated by the USPS and UPS online, depending on location.

Handling costs range from $5-$60 per pot and help cover packing materials and labor involved in shipping.

All packages are shipping through the U.S. Postal Service and/or UPS.
- We reserve the right to change your package from USPS to UPS or vice versa.

Packages will be shipped within 1-7 business days unless otherwise specified.

We reserve the right to adjust the final cost of shipping and handling based on extra costs incurred.

Sticker orders will be shipped in a regular envelope via USPS Post Office for both domestic and international orders. No tracking number will sent to the buyer. According to the USPS, domestic orders have an average delivery time of 1-3 business days and international orders have an average of 6-20 business days. There are no refunds on stickers.
International Shipments for Orders and Giveaways
For international shipping outside of the United States, we spend money on all initial shipping costs to ship all pottery and products from the Cherrico Pottery Studio to you. But, your country might charge another cost in the form of Customs Duties and Taxes, required by your country in order to receive your orders or free giveaway items. I apologize that we can not cover these extra costs for pottery orders or free giveaway pottery gifts. If you do not wish to pay any required Customs and Duties Taxes, please refuse to pay those extra charges, and refuse to receive your pottery. Your pottery will then be returned to us, or discarded. I apologize that Cherrico Pottery has no control over additional fees that other countries may or may not charge.
