This gorgeous mug has some slight discoloration on the lip, shown in the product photos. This can sometimes happen when we are lightly sanding the surface to minimize rough spots or by the glaze crawling when it is being fired in the kiln, it will not change over time. The mug is 100% functional.
Comfortable additions of clay on the handle help these mugs look and feel handmade, emphasizing how they were formed with my hands. Finger marks on the bottom of each mug were left from my fingers intentionally, showing how I dipped the pots in the glaze.
All of our Stoneware and porcelain pottery is 100% food and dishwasher safe.
